The initials “AJ” in our name hold a special meaning, as they represent our grandchildren, Amy and Jax, who serve as the driving force behind our creative passion. We envision a future where their growing interest evolves into active participation, as they engage with us in the intricate world of crafting. Already, their curiosity and enthusiasm have led them to eagerly explore the machinery and the ins and outs of the creative process.

Meet The Artist - Jenny Couch
Laser Artist Jenny Couch
Jenny’s career in law offices and the criminal justice system was enjoyable but stressful. When Jenny wanted to unwind she experimented with crafting, trying her hand at various creative mediums like photography, crafting concrete leaves, and crafting signs with her Cricut. Selling her creations helped sustain her hobbies. Then, she stumbled upon woodwork and tool craft, falling in love with the process.
When her husband was starting retirement he offered a new diamond for her wedding ring, but his offer was met with laughter due to her ‘industrial chic’ hands, and she requested a laser cutter instead. Now, two years and two laser machines later, she’s found her passion, merging woodworking with creativity, and filling her retirement with purpose.

Our craft takes a scenic twist with personalized lake maps, a specialty that captures our years of lakeside adventures in Lake Chelan, Lake Roosevelt, Lake Entiat, and Lake Havasu, just to start! In addition to our lake maps, I enjoy creating housewarming presents such as wedding gifts, baby name signs, etched powder coated drinkware, and more. As I refine my skills, the spectrum of my creations continues to expand, evolving along with my growing expertise in the craft.
